    Medical errors that lead to suffering have always been an insistent topic addressed in medical activity. Technical and scientific progress conditioned great transformations of the medical act in stomatology. At the same time, the conditions and content of malpractice in contemporary dental care have undergone changes, being an important subject of bioethics. It is very important to analyze, in all aspects, the problem of malpractice manifestation in this, the most requested, field of medicine.

    Neurological conditions are very diverse and widespread worldwide. These diseases, which are based on severe disorders or pathologies of the central nervous system, manifest themselves depending on the existential conditions of the sufferer. The disease process is quite complicated, but so is the administration of treatment actions for people in unfavorable situations or belonging to vulnerable groups. These difficulties are quite pronounced in detainees who represent a specific social category with many neurological problems. The information accumulated following the analysis of recent publications, as well as the research carried out in the Brain Health and Bioethics Laboratory of the ,,Nicolae Testemițanu”State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, indicates a real possibility of making the neurological treatment of prisoners more efficient through active counseling and bioethical support.

Medication has a special character in the case of the contingent of vulnerable patients. This fact also determines current ethical topics.
