These diseases, which are based on severe disorders or pathologies of the central nervous system, manifest themselves depending on the existential conditions of the sufferer. The disease process is quite complicated, but so is the administration of treatment actions for people in unfavorable situations or belonging to vulnerable groups. These difficulties are quite pronounced in detainees who represent a specific social category with many neurological problems.
