    METODE DE CERCETARE A COLEMBOLELOR ȘI INSECTELOR GHID: METODOLOGIC

    Această lucrare reprezintă o sinteză succintă a metodelor de cercetare ale colembolelor și insectelor în teren și laborator. Sunt descrise metodele active și pasive de colectare ale colembolelor și insectelor, precum și echpamentul utilizat în procesul de colectare. De asemenea este efectuată descrierea metodele de etalare și montare al materialului entomologic, precum și conservarea și păstrarea lui. Pentru depozitarea indivizilor în colecțiile entomologice sunt prezentate regulile de etichetare a materialului, aranjarea și structurarea speciilor în cutiile entomologice, precum și măsurile preventive de păstrare a lor. Indicația metodică este destinată cercetătorilor din domeniul entomologiei, zoologiei și ecologiei, profesorilor, studenților și masteranzilor cu specializare în entomologie, zoologie, ecologie și silvicultură, precum și naturaliști amatori. Lucrarea a fost realizată în cadrul proiectului 20.800009.7007.02. Program de Stat realizat în cadrul Institutului de Zoologie, USM.

    PHILONTHUS LEPIDUS (GRAVENHORST, 1802), SPECIE NOUĂ ÎN COMPONENȚA FAUNISTICĂ A COLEOPTERELOR DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA (COLEOPTERA, STAPHYLININAE, STAPHYLINIDAE)

    Annual, the environmental conditions in the Republic of Moldova take on a changing hue with various peaks of manifestation of the presence during the seasonal period. This aspect re flects a direct influence on the staphylinid fauna in various biotopes on the territory of the Repu blic of Moldova. The short lived and heavy rains in May they emphasized the population accu mulations of various insect species in the vegetative floors of some agrocenoses. In a the given case, the paper presents a sequence from the collections of staphylinids gathered during the years 2021 - 2023, namely from the vine sector in Cocieri village, Dubăsari district. Philonthus lepidus (Gravenhorst, 1802), the staphylinid from ord. Coleoptera, subfam. Staphylininae, fam. Staphylinidae it is the species reported for the first time on the territory of our country. As a basic element of the topic discussed in the paper, the species is included in the numerical composition of staphylinids from the general study list operated annually by specialists in the field. For a more detailed knowledge of the species mentioned in the premiere, the following characteristics are presented in the paper: place of detection, species status, morphological aspects, geographical distribution, bioecology, place of preservation in the scientific collection.

    SEMNALĂRI NOI ÎN GRUPUL PEDERINELOR (COLEOPTERA, PAEDERINAE, STAPHYLINIDAE) DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

    In the paper are presented two new species from the subfam. Paederinae (order Coleoptera, family Staphylinidae) found in the natural habitats of the Republic of Moldova. 1. Medon piceus (Kraatz, 1858), a species with eurytopic distribution, populates forest areas, appearing sporadically. 2. Astenus discopunctatus (Say, 1831), adventive species, detected in the oak forest litter mixed with hornbeam. For each species are described, the collection points, status, morphological features, geographical distribution, accentuation of the bioecological category, the place of maintenance in the collection: Coleoptera, Staphylinidae.
