Item ALGOCENOZELE EDAFICE DIN PREAJMA GUNOIŞTII SATULUI OLĂNEŞTI, R-NUL ŞTEFAN VODĂ(CEP USM, 2010) Melniciuc, Cristina; Strețco, AnaThis study reflects a negative influence on the biota of dumps neighboors, particularly algae communities. The dominant species are from Bacilariophyta and Cyanophyta filuma, being the most resistant to extreme conditions.Item CULTIVAREA ALGEI CHLAMYDOMONAS REINHARDII PE MEDII CU ADAOS DE APE REZIDUALE(CEP USM, 2007) Melniciuc, CristinaThis article includes the research results on the posibility to obtain a great quantity of biomass of culture (Chlamydomonas reinhardii). These are cultivations in the medium with addition of water residue from wastewater purification system of Chişin ău municipality.Item OSCILLATORIA AMPHIBIA – SURSĂ DE SUBSTANŢE BIOLOGIC ACTIVE(CEP USM, 2011) Melniciuc, Cristina; Ungureanu, LaurenţiaNature, quantity of biochemical analysis of Oscillatoria amphibia Ag CLHE-A 1 were examined. These cultureswere grown in medium Gromov nr. 6, on the 14th day, after which laboratory analyses have been carried out. The eiochemical analysis of Oscillatoria amphibia biomass showed presence of (21,6%) protein, (1,4%) carbohydrates, and (17,18%) lipids. The high content protein indicates relatively good amino acid profile- essential et nonessential.Item STRUCTURA TAXONOMICĂ A COMUNITĂŢILOR DE ALGE DIN SOLURILE OCUPATE CU CULTURA DE POBUMB DIN MOLDOVA(CEP USM, 2011) Trofim, Alina; Donțu, Natalia; Melniciuc, CristinaEdaphic algae are the main components of agricultural ecosystems. They are the bio-indicators of soil quality.During the two years was studied taxonomic structure and eco-biomorphic spectrum of algal communities in twelve corn fields from four localities from different parts of country. Have been identified 31 species and intra-specific varieties of alga. Most diverse proved to be blue – green alga. Comparative analysis of soil’s algalflora in different regions of the country, shows a high diversity of soil’s algalflora from south areas of Moldova.Item UNELE CERCETĂRI REFERITOR LA SPECIA ANABAENA PROPINQUA SETCHELL. ET GARDN.(CEP USM, 2010) Melniciuc, Cristina; Şalaru, VasileThis study reflects morphological and biochemical aspects of the algae Anabaena propinqua Setchel. et Gardn to thepossibility of using it in various fields. This is subject to cultivation in the laboratory. The algae grows best in nutritional environment Fogg and optimal temperature 25-28°C. The algae can be proposed for obtaining biomass – biotechnology object which containing valuable chemical. Biomass obtained contains 15.51% – protein, 11.93% – fat and 21.98% –carbohydrates and other biologically active substances (Phycocyanin – 0.35% and aloficocianina – 1.04%).
