Item THE EFFECT OF TEACHING QUALITY CONTROL MECHANISM ON THE RESULTS OF THE LOCAL ECONOMIC(Print-Caro, 2023) Mashal, LamaIn the last decade we are witnessing technological, demographic, and other trends that will affect the labor market in many ways. Some of the changes are already seen in the labor market, while others are expected in the future. Factors that deal with education and human capital training know the importance of early identification of change trends and the need to adjust manpower and human capital to the changing needs of the labor market. Global and local efforts made in coping with the quality of teaching staff in all education institutions and referring to them as key factors in training human capital are unique for specific countries. In a reality where globalization creates great interdependence between countries on a variety of issues, such as climate change, security issues and fighting terrorism, this change has a dramatic effect on the diplomatic field.Item THE WORLD PHENOMENON OF OVER EDUCATION (The case of Israel)(Print-Caro, 2023) Mashal, LamaThe phenomenon of surplus education that existing in many countries is defined by the research literature as a situation where when an individual’s formal education exceeds job performance requirements. There may also be a social-occupational reality related to surplus education regarding a mismatch between one’s trade and an employee’s subject of study. Both phenomena have negative effects on an employee, an employer, the economy, and fabric of economic-inter- national relations that are affected by each country’s ability to‚ export’ human capital. In recent decades, the level of education has increased in Israel and throughout the world. According to a common perception, this increase led to a surplus level of education in an uncontrolled manner. This article examines the phenomenon of surplus education occurring these days in the world, its situation in Israel, including the scope and the reasons underlying the phenomenon.
