Găinile ouătoare în condiții de fabrică avicolă pe tot parcursul ciclului de exploatare sunt expuse la o varietate largă de factori stresogeni. Studiul în cauză a fost realizat pe găini tinere exploatate în condiții industriale de fabrică avicolă, hrana cărora a fost suplimentată cu remediul ZooBioR, obținut din Spirulina platensis. S-a stabilit că produsul testat ameliorează starea de sănătate a găinilor ouătoare. ZooBioR administrat cu hrana găinilor în doză de 10 mg substanță activă/kg/furaj contribuie esențial la menținerea prospețimii şi evident a calității ouălor.

EFECTELE SUPLIMENTĂRII HRANEI CU PRODUSUL ZOOBIOR, LA PREPELIȚE OUĂTOARE ASUPRA CONȚINUTULUI DE PSEUDOCOLINESTERAZĂ ȘI CERULOPLASMINĂ ÎN SERUL SANGUIN

Our study focuses on the action of the ZooBioR product from Spirulina platensis on laying quails. The quails (n = 200) operated under poultry farm conditions were divided into four groups of 50 quails each, from the age of 55 days. Birds feed in three experimental groups (EG) was supplemented with the tested product in different doses (10.0, 15.0 and 20.0 mg active substance/kg feed), and administered to the birds, during the study period – 123 days. Birds in the control group were on a regular diet. Quails from all groups benefited from the same technology conditions in force. Blood was collected 3 times consecutively: at the beginning of the study (n = 5), after approximately 1 month, and at the end of the experiment, from 5 birds from each group (total, n = 45 samples). It has been established that the tested product stopped the decline of pseudocholinesterase in quails from all experimental groups by 15.7-37.2%, compared to the control, a tendency also reported at the end of the study. In conclusion, ZooBioR administered with feed to quails, positively influences the proteosynthetic function of the liver in particular and the metabolic adaptation processes in general.
Impactul produsului autohton zoobior asupra metabolismului lipidic la prepelițe

Taking into account the importance of animal health and the quality of the products obtained from it, in recent years the emphasis has been placed on growth stimulants of natural origin. In the research, we aimed to carry out a study highlighting the action of the ZooBioR product from Spirulina platensis on health, and the marker parameters of lipid metabolism in laying quails. The research was carried out on 4 batches of birds (50 quails/batch). In three batches the feed was supplemented with ZooBioR in doses of 10.0; 15.0; 20.0 mg active substance/kg feed. Research has shown that the tested product is well tolerated by quails. The tested product improves the metabolic processes in the bird's body, especially the lipid metabolism: it definetely decreases the amount of cholesterol and triglycerides in blood, at the first stage of research, and the total lipids and β-lipoproteins values. In addition, at the end of the study, the β-lipoprotein values, in the blood of the birds treated with ZooBioR, increased by 2.5-52.1% compared to the control, a positive effect of the tested remedy on the metabolic health of the birds in general, and especially on the lipid metabolism.
