Item ANALIZA STRUCTURALĂ PRIN DIFRACŢIE DE RAZE X ŞI STUDIUL PROPRIETĂŢILOR OPTICE ALE STRATURILOR SUBŢIRI DE ZnTe(CEP USM, 2013) Mîrzac, AlexandraStructural and optical properties of ZnTe thin films fabricated by close space sublimation method with different thicknesses are investigated. It was evidenced a relatively small variation of the lattice parameter with increasing the thickness of the layers, starting from the value of 6.1052 Å (0.83 μm) to 6.1047 Å (2.59 μm). With the varying of the thickness the value of the band gap is changed from 2.237 eV up to 2. 243 eV. The photovoltaic devices ZnSe/ZnTe with efficiency of 1.69 % was obtained.Item EFFECT OF CHLORINE DOPING ON CdTe THIN FILMS(2013) Dumitriu, Petru; Potlog, Tamara; Mîrzac, Alexandra; Dmitroglo, Liliana; Luca, DumitruThis paper analyzes the effect of chlorine treatment on the structure and resistance of CdTe layers. The morphology, chemical composition, and structure were studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Both non-activated and activated CdTe layers are polycrystalline with an average grain size being three times higher after chlorine activation and thermal treatment. All CdTe thin layers regardless of the treatment temperature have a cubic crystal structure.Item PROPRIETĂŢILE OPTICE ALE STRATURILOR DE ZnTe ŞI STRUCTURI PE BAZA LOR(CEP USM, 2013) Mîrzac, AlexandraItem QUANTUM DYNAMICS IN MOLECULAR DIPOLAR SYSTEMS(2022) Mîrzac, Alexandra; Macovei, MihaiThe detection of new quantum dynamical properties in two and three-level Λ-type systems possessing a non-zero permanent dipole moment strongly coupled with quantum optical cavity or opto-mechanical resonators.Item QUANTUM DYNAMICS IN MOLECULAR DIPOLAR SYSTEMS(2022) Mîrzac, AlexandraItem SINTEZA ŞI STRUCTURA COMPUŞILOR DE VANADIU CU BAZE SCHIFF PENTADENTATE(CEP USM, 2014) Mîrzac, Alexandra; Bouroş, Pavlina; Bulhac, Ion; Nicorici, Valentina
