    (CEP USM, 2024) Luca, Aneta
In this paper, I set out to explain what the standard of proof is and how it determines its applicability in the context of Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights. I set out to determine how the Court applies the principle „beyond any resonable doubt”, which would imply the presence of well-grounded, clear and concordant conclusions or similar assumptions that are undisputed.
