ASPECTE ALE COMUNICĂRII PERSUASIVE ÎN MEDIUL PROFESIONAL
    (CEP USM, 2023) Lazăr, Corina
It is human nature to want things to turn out according to personal expectations. Changing the opinion and influencing the decisions of others are topics of interest in organizational culture. The change can be achieved through authoritative forms of communication, such as dispositions, orders, indications, and/or through forms of award and disciplinary sanctions; but compliance in this case is formal and does not contribute to a favorable psycho-emotional climate. That is why, in the contemporary professional environment, one opts for persuasive communication. This leads to consensus and contributes to working towards common goals. This article draws attention to the difference between persuasion and manipulation, and brings to attention the principles of persuasion according to several authors.
