Bugetul Public Național reprezintă documentul de bază în gestiunea eficientă a statului, fiind un instrument de realizare a priorităților naționale cu scopul orientării cursului politicii economico-sociale a statului în sensul potrivit. Uniunea Europeană și-a concentrat eforturile în vederea asigurării securității financiare a statelor membre, adoptând un șir de standarde prin intermediul cărora finanțele publice sunt gestionate transparent contribuind la creșterea economică. Necesitatea ajustării regulilor naționale de formare a bugetului conform celor mai bune cerințe europene este importantă pentru Republica Moldova, îndeosebi în contextul aspirațiilor europene. Obiectivul de bază al cercetării a constat în evidențierea specificului standardelor europene aplicate în Republica Moldova și în prezentarea practicilor noi adoptate de UE, care urmează a fi implementate în viitor la nivel național, totodată, fiind formulate recomandări pentru îmbunătățirea modului de formare a bugetului național și asigurarea securității financiare a statului.

This article presents research of the influence of informative services on the tourists decisions. The content of information services means the process of circulating the necessary information between two or more participants. This flow is achieved through different classical methods of written publication (leaflets, brochures, catalogs), but, as analyzed and researched in the article, includes the context of information technology services.

Fiscal policy is the totality of regulations, methods and instruments used by government for the formation of financial public resources, their use in financing public actions and for influencing economic and social life. The evolution of social relations in trend with the state to implement changes in tax legislation to regulate it to international standards, including income tax and exemptions for natural persons, requires the need to conduct some study in this regard. The study includes the aspects of the fiscal policy adopted by Law no. 257/2020 regarding the tax exemptions for natural persons, such as some aspects of the provisions of art. 33-35 of the Fiscal Code of the Republic of Moldova (types of exemptions: personal exemptions and major supplementary exemptions, dependency exemptions, exemptions for husband/wife).
