Item Determinarea radiosensibilității și dozelor optime mutagene a razelor X la orzul de toamnă(CEP USM, 2024) Grigorov, TatianaThe impact of ten X-ray doses (150, 170, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, and 530 Gy) on seed germination, survivability, and seedling length of winter barley varieties Igri, Ciuluc, Strălucitor, and hybrid lines Ciuluc x Igri - 5As, Strălucitor x Igri - 9B has been evaluated. All winter barley genotypes exhibited germination rates between 70% and 93.3% across all X-ray doses. ANOVA revealed significant differences between genotypes, X-ray doses, and the genotype by dose interaction for seedling length. The irradiation doses that led to a 30-50% reduction in seedling growth (GR 30-50) were 150 Gy for cv. Igri, 300-350 Gy for cv. Strălucitor and cv. Ciuluc, and 200-250 Gy for hybrid lines Strălucitor x Igri - 9B and Ciuluc x Igri - 5As. Based on the evaluation of radiosensitivity curves and considering the specific genotype response to X-ray doses, doses of 200-250 Gy were selected as optimal.Item EFECTUL INFECŢIEI VIRALE ŞI A RADIAŢIEI GAMA ASUPRA VARIAŢIILOR IN VIVO ŞI IN VITRO LA ORZ (HORDEUM VULGARE L.)(2023) Grigorov, Tatiana; Andronic, LarisaScopul cercetărilor: Evaluarea variațiilor in vivo și in vitro la orzul de primăvară (Hordeum vulgare L.) sub acțiunea solitară sau asociată a infecției virale și razelor gama.Item HERITABILITATEA UNOR CARACTERE AGROMORFOLOGICE LA COMBINAȚIILE HIBRIDE DE ORZ DE TOAMNĂ ÎN DIFERITE CONDIȚII DE AN(CEP USM, 2024) Grigorov, Tatiana; Andronic, Larisa; Smerea, SvetlanaThe aim of our research was to estimate the heritability (h2,%) and genetic advantage (GA, %) of agro-morphological traits of winter barley hybrids forms (Strălucitor x Igri and Ciuluc x Igri) under different years conditions. Evaluation of genotypic variance components reveals high value of h2 (>60%) associated with high (>20%) and moderate GA, % (10-20%) for important traits (plant height, spike length, apical internode length, number of spikelets and ker-plant height, spike length, apical internode length, number of spikelets and ker-number of spikelets and ker-spikelets and kernel per spike, productive tillers per plant, thousand kernel weight) in the 8 productive two-rowed and four-rowed selected hybrids forms. This reflects additive effects in the inheritance of traits, a fact that allowed the efficient selection of interest forms with the potential for use in the further breeding work of winter barley.
