    In criminal proceedings forensic examination of illicit actions is always a succession of getting and verifying the data, factual elements of a specific case, initiated according to the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code (CPC). Criminal prosecution and forensic examination of crime, according to art.1 of CPC RM, begin once the competent authority is notified or learns about the crime that has been or is about to be committed, its purpose being the following: protect individual, society and state from crime, as well as protect individual and society from the illegal acts of decision-makers in their activity related to investigation of alleged or committed crime, so that any person who committed a crime is punished according to his or her guilt and no innocent individual is not subject to criminal punishment and sentenced.
