    The research is dedicated to the study of the activities undertaken by a company in order to achieve its competitive advantages. The purpose of the work is to study and perceive theoretical concepts on how to achieve the advantages of a company at a competitive level. The recommendations formulated by the author can be used by all organizations in the Republic of Moldova, regardless the form of ownership and field of activity.
