    Econamia phase transition to market through which Moldova causes a number of changes in all spheres of activity especially in the organizational environment that can not be overlooked. This change will influence and improve the way insurance professionals. So today every organization is interested employees to do well at work, to be satisfied with a positive attitude to work, be loyal and dedicated exclusively to the work they perform. One of the problems facing today's HR department, is to find methods of psychological intervention as effective to boost job satisfaction and reduce training fatigue. Analyzing the literature and recent studies have concluded that receptive music therapy as a method of psychological intervention boosts satisfaction and reduces fatigue which led us to the study question.
