IMPACTUL POLITICII ENERGETICE A FEDERAŢIEI RUSE ASUPRA SECURUTĂŢII REPUBLICII MOLDOVA

În acest articol este cercetată o problemă foarte actuală – problema energiei. Energia a reprezentat şi continuă să reprezinte unul dintre cele mai importante resurse, fiind un domeniu de importanţă strategică, care determină statul săţină sub control şi să intervină de fiecare dată când găseşte de cuviinţă. Sectorul energetic este un sector strategic fundamental de care depinde atât economia naţională, cât şi securitatea Republicii Moldova. Fiind dependentă de importul de carburanţi, în prezent Republica Moldova nu-şi poate asigura securitatea energetică. Analizând situaţia geopolitică şi indiscutabila moştenire care este pusă la pământ, autorităţile sunt forţate să caute noi soluţii, cum ar fi: diversificarea surselor de energie, interconexiunea cu alte sisteme, atragerea de noi investiţii, demonopolizarea şi liberalizarea sectorului energetic. Toate aceste obiective vor crea o platformă durabilă, care va contribui la crearea unei noi etape în dezvoltarea Republicii Moldova, caracterizată de un control eficient al consumului de energie şi de o integrare eficientă în reţea la scară mică de generare a resurselor. Republica Moldova trebuie să recâştige controlul asupra propriei industrii energetice – în special în domeniul gazelor naturale, precum şi în cel al electricităţii – o ramură strategică pentru orice ţară.
INTERPRETING MULTIMEDIA IN THE ESP CLASSROOM

This article describes the method that could help the students to develop their skills in English through multimedia. Multimedia use in classroom will provide opportunity for interacting with diverse texts that give students a solid background in the tasks and content of mainstream university courses. This is an effective approach to attract students’ attention and more attractive way to the students that can get more information from class. Through the interaction with multimedia, the students become increasingly familiar with academic vocabulary and language structure.
ORAL COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH: THE WORKPLACE NEEDS

Prezentul studiu investighează formele de comunicare orală în limba engleză la locul de muncă. De aceea, practicile de comunicare indică faptul că este un aspect important și că angajații au nevoie de competențe eficiente în domeniul limbii engleze, dacă vor avea succes în cariera lor de afaceri. Aceasta reflectă rolul omniprezent al limbii engleze și al comunicării în societatea umană.
TEACHING WITH INFOGRAPHICS

In the last few years a new type of graphic visual representation of information is reflecting the rhythm of our busy life it is called: the Infographic. The infographics are entering in the education space in new and captivating manners. Teachers can find infographics useful classroom tools in a number of ways. Most prominently, a good graphic makes information easily accessible, as it feeds into many students’ natural tendency to learn by seeing and interacting. The goal of the system is to help students distill the most important pieces of information from any given text and form a conclusion. A good graphic can fit these standards by reinforcing to students that their conclusions should be grounded in evidence and by challenging their ability to organize a hierarchy of systems, the ability to tell what pieces of information are the most important. When students create infographics, they are using information, visual, and technology literacies. These infographics open the door to a much more exciting possibility for their use in the classroom: student themselves can create infographics as a way to understand complex course topics.
