ACŢIUNEA TIOCIANATULUI ASUPRA STĂRII FUNCŢIONALE A ORGANISMULUI

The study was performed on white male rats which weighed 110-130 g. Tiocianat of potassium was administrated daily. The dose was 10 mg/100 g and 20 mg/100 g body weight. It was established that a prolonged tiocianat administration led to disorders in thyroid morphology function and allowed to use this preparation for the model of IDD in chronic experiments.

Au fost obţinute date experimentale noi privind acţiunea tiocianatului asupra statutului morfologic al glandei tiroide, privind sinteza şi secreţia de hormoni tiroidieni. De asemenea, a fost stabilită dinamica excreţiei renale a tiocianatului.

Cooperarea interdisciplinară a determinat apariţia psihoneuroimunologiei, sau a neuroimunomodulării, ca un nou domeniu de cercetare cu scopul strict de cercetare ştiinţifică a relaţiei evazive dintre raţiune şi corp. Ca urmare, s-a produs o acumulare rapidă de informaţii care se încadrează în limitele de psihiatrie, imunologie, neurologie şi endocrinologie. În prezentul articol se examinează efectul stresului asupra sistemului endocrin şi sistemului nervos central, precum şi interacţiunea dintre aceste sisteme şi răspunsul imun după expunerea la factorii de stres.

Responsibility for the formation of a healthy lifestyle rests with the entire society, but an important role belongs to the school and, above all, to such an academic subject as biology. Therefore, in the work of a biology teacher during the course, it is necessary to pay great attention to anti-alcohol education. The best opportunities in a school biology course to develop a negative attitude towards alcohol are provided when studying the human body in the 8th grade. When studying almost every organ system, I use material about the harmful eﬀects of alcohol on individual organs and systems and the body as a whole. I try to familiarize students with specifc examples that clearly prove the harm of alcohol.
