Author comes to conclusion that the XXth Congress of the CPSU resolutions had contradictory consequence in science and education domain. Higher education activity depended on political stream of party leaders, science obtaining just a “restricted freedom”. After 1956 the Soviet state continued the repressive policy toward inconvenient intelligentsia also history was passed over because it was not as necessary for soviet regime as physics and biology which brought the reduction of didactic staff in pedagogical Faculties (including historical). In didactic and student staff medium has prevail party leadership directives expectation regarding raised or investigated problems resolution.Item CONSTITUIREA MODELULUI MARXIST AL ŞTIINŢEI ISTORICE (1917-1938)(CEP USM, 2008) Dolghi, AdrianIn this article the models of science and that of the historian in the Soviet society is researched. The author concludes that the historical science and the whole society as well, were transformed into a closed system, which lost its possibilities of developing itself. But the Soviet Historiography, fused with the policy and ideology, has become a component part of the totalitarian system. As a result, there was produced an unprecedented phenomenon in the history of the world culture – the phenomenon of the repressed science, it itself being not only the object of repression, but also their subject. The historians have become accompliceas well as victims of the totalitarian regime, the extollers of the reacting policy, faithful slaves of the leading elite.Item INSTITUŢIONALIZAREA ÎNVĂŢĂMÂNTULUI ISTORIC SUPERIOR ÎN EPOCA STALINISTĂ. On met en relief les directions de la politique de l'Etat soviétique dans le domaine de la formation historique supérieure et de la science historique. On a apporté les preuves de l'intervention grossière du parti-Etat et de l’homme-Etat - Staline dans l’activité didactico-scientifique des écoles supérieures et des centres de recherches. Par le prisme des procès de l'institutionnalisation de la formation historique supérieure et de la science historique on découvre la politique de l'Etat soviétique d'idéologisation et de répression de la science historique, d'établissement du marxisme comme base idéologique de l’enseignement et de la recherche
