    In this article we present optimizing the construction of the aircraft involves remodeling the fuselage, giving it a more pronounced aerodynamic shape, at the same time increasing the latter’s functionality. The specified optimization is interdependent on the constituent materials but also the production techniques. Many of the manual processes and processes, such as the lamination of the reinforcing fabric layer, the primary processing of the load-bearing structure but also the post-processing will be automated or qualitatively and quantitatively controlled by the machine specific to the process in question.

    The present paper, briefly covers the roadmap, theory basis and practical implementation of the „Unmanned Aircraft: Concept, Facilities, Technolo gical processes” bachelor degree thesis. The described paper includes a complex view over the actual process of creating an operational unmanned aircraft, from scratch. Each step gets an in-depth coverage, with an ongoing processes and approaches elaborated and motivated.
