    Din cauza discriminării care aduce cu sine marginalizarea şi segregarea anumitor categorii de indivizi vizaţi de astfel de practici, societatea actuală perpetuează inegalitatea în drepturi a oamenilor, judecându-i şi condamnându-i pe cei cărora nu le acordă nici măcar şansa de a putea să ducă un trai decent. Dizabilitatea este doar o chestiune de percepţie. Fiecare om poate face anumite lucruri – lucruri pe care alţii nu le pot face.

    Unele aspecte privind competența organelor de constatare

    This article is devoted to the field of competence of the criminal investigation bodies and has as its object of study the activity of the detection bodies at the stage prior to the start of the criminal process. The purpose of this study was to determine the place and role of investigative bodies in terms of the powers with which they have been delegated. The final conclusion is that the detection bodies, unlike the criminal investigation bodies, intervene only at the pre-trial stage and have been empowered with the right to carry out a series of actions aimed exclusively at determining the existence of "reasonable suspicion" regarding the commission of a specific crimes. Considering the status of the investigative bodies, the stage at which they intervene, their place and role in countering crimes, we consider that the aspects related to their competence were determined rather by the need for a prompt intervention within limited terms than by the efficiency of the investigations as such. That is why the violation of the aspects that belong to the competence of these bodies will not attract the same procedural consequences as in the case of criminal investigation bodies.
