EFICIENTIZAREA TRATAMENTULUI NEUROLOGIC LA DEȚINUȚI PRIN IMPLICAREA ACTIVĂ A CONSILIERII SPIRITUALE. REPERE BIOETICE
(CEP USM, 2024) Cojocaru, Viorel; Ojovanu, Vitalie
Neurological conditions are very diverse and widespread worldwide. These diseases, which are based on severe disorders or pathologies of the central nervous system, manifest themselves depending on the existential conditions of the sufferer. The disease process is quite complicated, but so is the administration of treatment actions for people in unfavorable situations or belonging to vulnerable groups. These difficulties are quite pronounced in detainees who represent a specific social category with many neurological problems. The information accumulated following the analysis of recent publications, as well as the research carried out in the Brain Health and Bioethics Laboratory of the ,,Nicolae Testemițanu”State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, indicates a real possibility of making the neurological treatment of prisoners more efficient through active counseling and bioethical support.

PRINCIPIUL AUTONOMIEI, DREPT SUBIECT AL VULNERABILITĂȚII DEȚINUTULUI
(Institutul de istorie, 2022) Cojocaru, Viorel
The habitat deprived of freedom has generated various problems and topics of bioethical content, a fact that aims to improve the quality of life and health of the detainee. A problem that deserves deep research is the contrast between the detainee's autonomy and his depersonalization during the detention period. This aspect conditions the person deprived of liberty to an increased degree of vulnerability. On the other hand, maximizing the detainee's autonomy would come into direct conflict with one of the purposes of the penitentiary institution: deprivation of physical freedom and conditioning of a certain lifestyle.

    (2022) Cojocaru, Viorel; Ojovan, Vitalie
