    Cercetarea conținutului și semnificației proiectului identitar din RSS Moldovenească. Obiectivele acestei cercetări rezidă în clarificarea conceptelor de identitate și națiune, esenţei teoriei cu privire la națiunea sovietică și a proiectului identitar sovietic; studierea modului în care proiectul identitar din RASSM a fost transpus în RSSM și instrumentalizat în primul deceniu postbelic; identificarea paradigmelor evoluției sale în anii ,,dezghețului” hrușciovist, între 1965-1985, precum şi în perioada restructurării lui Gorbaciov din 1985-1989.

    NEGOCIERILE RUSO-UCAINENE-ROMÂNE PRIVIND LIMANUL NISTRULUI (1921)

    The Russian-Ukrainian- Romanian negotiations of Julay 1921 on the state of the Dniester mouth highlighted the divergent positions of the parties regarding the delimitation of their territorial waters. If the Romanian delegation aimed to reach a settlement in accordance with international maritime and fluvial law, the Russian-Ukrainian delegation was concerned, above all, not to admit the recognition of Romania’s soveregn rights over Bessarabia, with the Dniester water as the boundary line. With the interruption of the negotiations, the mouth of the Dniester issue was espected to be included on the complex agenda of a subsequent Soviet-Romanian conference, currently being prepared in Warsaw.

    Poziția partidelor politice basarabene cu reprezentare parlamentară față de adoptarea Constituției României întregite [Articol]

    Along with other political formations in Romania, the parties from Bessarabia with parliamentary representation participated in the debates on the text of new Constitution, both in the press, at meetings in the territory, and from the Parliament’s tribune. If the peasant opposition in Bessarabia criticized the National-Liberal Party draft of the Constitution, the liberal Bessarabian parliamentarians and the peasant group of Ion Inculet voted for the new Fundamental Law of completed Romania.
