    Finanţarea terorismului: analiza juridico-penală şi criminologică [Articol]

    The present study aims to analyze both the legal and criminological aspects of terrorism financing. Also, it was evaluated the international and national provisions on the regulation of the following crime. This study is based on a complex theoretical, legal and criminological research, out of which, multiple characteristics of this crime were highlighted. And in the end, several conclusions and proposals have been drawn up for amending the legislation.

    RĂSPUNDEREA PENALĂ PENTRU INFRACŢIUNEA DE FINANŢARE A TERORISMULUI

    The present study analyses the general aspects and concepts of terrorism funding. Also, international and national provisions regarding terrorism funding have been assessed. This study is based on the complex judicial research through objective and subjective sides of the subsequent crime component, out of which, have been highlighted the multiple characteristics of the crime object. And at the end, we formulated conclusions and proposals to amend the legislation.
