BIOMASA DE SPIRULINĂ ÎMBOGĂŢITĂ CU IOD – SURSĂ ALTERNATIVĂ DE IOD
(CEP USM, 2007) Bulimaga, Valentina; Zosim, Liliana; Ciumac, Daniela; Bejan, Tatiana; Chiriac, Tatiana; Djur, Svetlana
The productivity of cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis and iodine accumulation in biomass at it cultivation in the pre-sence of KI with/without Co(NO3)2 have been determined. The supplementation in the first day is more favorable for obtaining of iodine enriched biomass. Iodine content is higher in biomass cultivated inthe presence of ratio KI: Co(NO3)2 as 12·10-3: 3·10-3 (mMoli).

EFECTUL STIMULATOR AL COMPUŞILOR COORDINATIVI AI CROMULUI(III) ASUPRA PRODUCTIVITĂŢII SPIRULINEI
(CEP USM, 2007) Rudic, Valeriu; Gulea, Aurelian; Bulimaga, Valentina; Ciumac, Daniela; Ciornea, Valeriu; Zosim, Liliana; Popa, Alexei
The action of some coordinative compounds of Cr(III) on Spirulina strain growth and development has been studied. High stimulation action of K2[Cr(NTA)(C2O4)(H2O)]·2H2O and [K2Cr2(SO4)4]·12H2O on Spirulina productivity has been established.

As a result of cobalt (III) β-aminoethylate protonation reactions with sulfuric and nitric acids, several new coordination compounds of composition [Co(Hetm)3](NO3)3(1) and [Co(Hetm)3]2(SO4)3⋅4H2O (2) have been synthesized. The reaction between β -aminoethanol and cobalt(III) nitrate, acetate and sulfate in neutral or slightly basic alcoholic media leads to the formation of cobalt (III) coordination compounds, which internal sphere includes both molecules of neutral β-ami-noethanol (Hetm) and ions of its deprotonated form (etm). The general formula of the complexes can be given as [Co(Hetm)3][Co(etm)3]X3nH2O, where X = NO3- (3), CH3COO- (4), 1/2SO42- (5); n = 0, 7, or 3 correspondingly. The biologic activity study of the synthesized complexes revealed that the algae biomass obtained in the nutritive media, containing coordination compounds, depends on the internal coordination sphere of the cobalt compound.

MODIFICAREA COMPONENŢEI CALITATIVE A PROTEINELOR LA CIANOBACTERIA SPIRULINA PLATENSIS CULTIVATĂ ÎN PREZENŢA UNOR COMPUŞI COORDINATIVI AI CR(III)
(CEP USM, 2008) Rudic, Valeriu; Bulimaga, Valentina; Ciumac, Daniela; Zosim, Liliana; Chiriac, Tatiana; Efremova, Nadejda
SDS-electrophoresis of polypeptide chains of total protein fraction obtained from Spirulina cultivated in the presence of Cr(III) coordination compounds have been carried out. New bands with apparent molecular mass 60, 4 kDa and 66, 7 kDa have been detected in the presence of Cr(III) coordination compounds.

STUDIUL ACŢIUNII COMPUŞILOR COORDINATIVI NOI AI Fe(III) ŞI AI Cr(III) ASUPRA PROCESULUI DE ACUMULARE A UNOR PRINCIPII BIOACTIVE ÎN BIOMASA DE SPIRULINĂ
(CEP USM, 2009) Ciumac, Daniela; Zosim, Liliana; Chiriac, Tatiana; Prodius, Denis; Olan, Olga; Popa, Veaceslav; Sadovnic, Daniela; Iaţco, Iulia; Cordeleanu, Cornel; Oni, Veronica
The study of stimulative effect of some Fe(III) heterotrinuclear clusters and Cr(III) coordinative compouds on pep-tides and proteins content in Spirulina platensis biomasshas been carried out.The protein content decreases with the growth of concentrations in the case of utilization of all coordinative com-pounds tested. The peptides content increases in the limits of 5,00-50,00 mg/l for Fe(III) coordinative compounds and 10,00-40,00 mg/l for Cr(III) coordinative compounds.

TEHNOLOGIA OBŢINERII ÎN BAZA BIOMASEI DE SPIRULINĂ A REMEDIULUI MEDICAMENTOS FERRIBIOR ŞI STUDIUL ACŢIUNII LUI ANTIANEMICE
(CEP USM, 2008) Rudic, Valeriu; Gudumac, Valentin; Zosim, Liliana; Chiriac, Tatiana; Bulimaga, Valentina; Ciumac, Daniela
The technological scheme of obtaining of the preparation Ferribior with high content of organic iron (0,04-0,05%)and other bioactive substances: immunoactive amino acids (71% from free total amino acids and 70,57% from conjugated amino acids) and polysaccharides (6-7%) from spirulina biomass has been elaborated. The capacity of Ferribior to reestablish the plasmatic iron and zinc level and to stimulate hemathopoesis at experimental rats has been demonstrated.
