    Înlocuirea măsurii preventive neprivative de libertate în faza urmăririi penale

    In this article, we investigate the process and implications of replacing a non-custodial preventive measure with a custodial one in the pre-trial phase of criminal proceedings in the Romanian legal system. We analyze the criteria and responsibilities of the prosecutor in making this decision, the impact on the person under investigation, and the need to respect individual rights. Through a balanced and respectful approach to these aspects, the article aims to provide a comprehensive perspective on this sensitive issue in criminal proceedings.
