    DIVERSITATEA COCCINELIDELOR (INSECTA: COCCINELLIDAE) DIN REZERVAȚIA „PLAIUL FAGULUI”

    The study of coccinellids during 2021-2022 years in the different habitats of the "Plaiul Fagului" Reserve allowed to identify 12 species of ladybugs. Among the highlighted coccinellids, 8 species: Coccinula quatuordecimpustulata, Hippodamia variegata, Psyllobora vigintiduopunctata, Tytthaspis sedecimpunctata, Scymnus frontalis, S. nigrinus and Vibidia duodecimgutata are cited for the first time for the reserve. A rare species Platynaspis luteorubra, cited for the second time on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, was also identified.
