    (CEP USM, 2024) Barbaroş, Tatiana
Cross-border cooperation is a fundamental part of ensuring a state's security. Cross- border interactions and cooperation between states are essential for the prevention and management of various threats and risks impacting on national security. Cross-border risks and threats are a major preoccupation for the national security of every country, including the Republic of Moldova. In a world marked by interconnectivity and rapid change, these threats can have a significant impact on the stability, prosperity and sovereignty of nations. Analyzing and understanding these risks, we can identify effective ways to manage and counter them, thus ensuring the security and well-being of the population.
