    In this article, assess the methodological approaches of economic underdevelopment. Currently, many countries in different parts of the world face the problem of underdevelopment. Thus, the relative equalization of development levels of states is an objective necessity of the general progress of mankind, an imperative of international cooperation on an equitable basis, the relaxation and ensure world peace.
