    RESPECTAREA DREPTULUI LA UN PROCES ECHITABIL DIN PERSPECTIVA DREPTULUI CONTRAVENȚIONAL

    In this article was analyzed the right to a fair trial, regulated to the legislation of Republic of Moldova. In this article was also analyzed the notion of misdemeanor trial and its characteristic features for our country. The practicals problems and legal gaps faced by Republic of Moldova were not overlooked. At the end of this course paper, were proposed some recommandations to improve the respect for the right to a fair trial, including the proposal for changing and completing/ supplementing the laws. This article we think that will be useful for law students, but also for practitioners who solve and deal with contraventional cases and in the field of human rights .
