    The commercial exchanges are immposible without a good system of road, railway and naval transport that are well developed. This is why lots of important representatives of the world tried to focus their atention to set up a refined transport network. The purpose of the thesis is to carry out a complex research of the international road freight contract through the dimensions of applicability and development on a global level, but especially in the practice of the Republic of Moldova, as well as elaboration of the recommendations for improvement of the national legislation and application as accurately as possible in practice of the international legislation in the field.
