    In the study “The impact of organizational culture on communication style in the preschool institution” we analyze the problems of communication style influence on organizational culture of preschool institutions. Effective communication within a preschool institution's team implies the combination of healthy organizational culture with the result of a hard work and is directly related to it, depending on the style of communication chosen by the employees of preschool institution.
