Aнализ криминогенных и психологических причинных факторов, влияющих на формирование преступного поведения несовершеннолетних
(Tipografia „Adrilang”, 2022-01-27) Любимова, Дарья; Захария, Вирджиния
In recent years, the countries of the world community have been making a lot of efforts to form an effective system for the protection of the rights and prevention of juvenile delinquency. Nevertheless, many problems remain unresolved in this area, such as family problems, the prevalence of alcoholism, drug addiction and neglect, gaps in current legislation, as well as insufficient use of effective forms and methods of international cooperation. The prevention of juvenile delinquency and the development of appropriate recommendations are among the basic tasks of international law-making, as well as the formation of humane standards for the treatment of juvenile offenders, designed to ensure a rational youth and criminal policy. Measures to prevent offenses should be aimed at all children and adolescents without exception. In order to prevent the delinquent behavior of children, close cooperation with state and local government bodies and public associations is recommended.

Международная реглементация и национальная реализация права на достойный уровень жизни
(CE UASM, 2022) Захария, Вирджиния; Познякова, Вероника
The right to an adequate standard of living is one of the fundamental economic rights regulated in a number of international and regional acts. This right is considered fundamental and is included in the states’ Constitutions. At the same time, according to UN data, the number of people living below the national poverty line has increased in 2021, which shows a negative trend in the implementation of the right to an adequate standard of living. One of the indicators of the standard of living is the average and minimum wages in the country. In this study, we analyzed the average and minimum wages in the Republic of Moldova in the context of international wage calculation algorithms. This study highlights the essence of the right, which currently remains little studied. In this research we calculated the minimum wage in the Republic of Moldova based on international standards in this area.
