Iidentitatea ca un drept al omului contemporan: o analiză filosofică [Articol]

Modern liberal society increasingly formulates its aspirations in terms of a «right to identity», reinforcing the need to introduce this concept into the corpus of legal categories. Nevertheless, this is not a straightforward operation, as its philosophical foundations are still insufficiently explored. For this reason, the paper aims to carry out a philosophical analysis of the concept of «right to identity». In order to achieve the goal, we have defined the tasks that have been consistently implemented in the structure of the article: at the beginning was defined the essence of the concepts of «identity», «right to identity» and «right»; then their contents were correlated. The results of this conceptual analysis can be divided into two groups: first, the internal contradictions of the claim of «right to identity» and second, the contradictions between the concepts of «identity» and «right». As it seeks to recognize a certain uniqueness of the subject of law, the demand for a right to identity contradicts related philosophical legal concepts: it does not take into account the specificity of the language of law, the subject of law, the essence of the concept of «identity», the prior legal tradition and finally liberalism, from which it is derived.
«Идентичность» в дискурсивной практике современных общественно-политических движений

Риторика современных общественно-политических движений часто формулирует свои требования и аргументы, обращаясь к слову «идентичность», несмотря на отсутствие однозначного определения этого термина. Данная статья направлена на анализ дополнительных смыслов, которые приобретает «идентичность» в дискурсивной практике современных общественно-политических движений, таких как феминизм, ЛГБТ-движение и экологический активизм, а также на рассмотрение роли «идентичности» в этих дискурсах. В качестве исследовательских материалов использованы классические работы, ключевые для каждого из перечисленных общественно-политических движений. В процессе исследования было выявлено, что в феминизме, ЛГБТ-движении и экологическом активизме слово «идентичность» является инструментом придания значимости тем аспектам, которые ранее считались второстепенными - будь-то женщина, гендер или биологические организмы. Поиск причин такого риторического выбора предполагает погружение в теорию психологизации современного общества (J. De Vos) и теорию психологической власти (М. Фуко).
ИСТОРИЯ ПОНЯТИЙ КАК МЕТОДОЛОГИЯ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ КОНЦЕПТА «ИДЕНТИЧНОСТЬ»

The paper aims to justify the necessity of studying the concept of «identity» in contrast to the criticism of the term in contemporary academic literature. The methodological basis for solving this problem is conceptual history by Germann Lübbe. Viewing the concept of «identity» through Lübbe’s methodological lens allows us to identify the reasons for the identity theory to turn to the history of concepts, resolve the difficulties that arise when they are combined, outline the general understanding of identity that emerges from studying it through the history of concepts, and also to map out the trajectory for further research. Thus, the paper emphasizes the importance and relevance of «identity» in contemporary scholarly discourse.
ОСМЫСЛЕНИЕ ЦЕРКВИ В РУССКОЙ РЕЛИГИОЗНОЙ ФИЛОСОФИИ: НА ПРИМЕРЕ ФИЛОСОФСКОГО УЧЕНИЯ ПАВЛА ФЛОРЕНСКОГО

В статье предпринята попытка подтверждения философского статуса русской религиозной философии посред- ством поиска той области размышлений, в которой русским философам удалось сказать нечто принципиально новое. Подобной областью, по нашему мнению, является понимание церкви. На примере философского учения Павла Флоренского продемонстрировано, что церковь в русской религиозно-философской традиции осмысливается не богословски, не социологически, не исторически и не культурологически, а именно философски. П.Флоренский не просто рассуждает о церкви как о «невесте Христовой», пытаясь понять ее соотношение с мирскими властями или призывая к поиску ее земных истоков. Философ вписывает церковь в онтологическую структуру мира как необходимый элемент мироздания во всей его целостности посредством специфической роли в нем человека, испытывающего потребность в слове и культе.
Психологизация новых общественных движений: риторика идентичности как симптом фамильной власти [Articol]

Представители современных общественных движений – феминизма, ЛГБТ-движения, экоактивизма – в своей риторике все чаще используют термин «идентичность». В статье исследуются причины и последствия использования современными общественными движениями психологического понятия при формулировке своих требований. Методологическую основу исследования составляют теория психологизации Яна де Воса и концепция психиатрической власти Мишеля Фуко. Взгляд через эту исследовательскую призму позволяет сформулировать следующие выводы: во-первых, новые общественные движения подвержены психологизации и руководствуются логикой психологического мышления, то есть свойственными психологии как культурному явлению представлениями об истине и реальности; во-вторых, несмотря на оппозицию власти и культуре, они используют схожие механизмы управления; в-третьих, следование психологическому мышлению приводит к идеологическим парадоксам внутри современных общественных движений.
ФИЛОСОФСКИЙ АНАЛИЗ АНТРОПОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО ПОДХОДА К ИЗУЧЕНИЮ ИДЕНТИЧНОСТИ

The article aims to provide a philosophical analysis of the anthropological approach to the identity study. Through the application of diachronic analysis and content analysis to the works of anthropologists who are theorists of identity, we have highlighted various historical, methodological, and philosophical aspects of the topic. These aspects include the history of the conceptualization of the term «identity» in anthropology, the correlation between the concepts of «identity» and «character», the analytical significance of the «identity» concept in anthropological works, and the methodological foundations of the anthropological understanding of identity. The result of the philosophical analysis is the identification of both the advantages and disadvantages of the anthropological approach to the identity study. On one hand, it emphasizes the significance of material and cultural aspects of human existence and highlights the distinction between the practical use of «identity» and its theoretical understanding within the academic community. On the other hand, it tends to reduce the individual to the collective.
