    The influence of doping of tin dioxide with metals of the transition group during deposition by spray pyrolysis on the film structure is investigated. It is demonstrated that doping is accompanied by an increase in the content of the finely dispersed or amorphous phases. The phase content can be controlled by the change in the intensity of the X-ray diffraction peaks.

    Фононные свойства кремниевых нанослоев [Articol]

    Phonon properties of silicon nanolayers were studied using Born-von Karman lattice dynamics theory and Boltzmann transport equation with relaxation time approximation. It was shown that spatial confinement of phonons strongly influences the phonon energy spectrum as well as thermal conductivity. The influence of temperature and quality of external boundaries on thermal properties of silicon nanolayers was revealed.
