    ANALIZA SISTEMULUI DE CREDITARE ÎN SECTORUL BANCAR AUTOHTON

    Creditarea în sistemul autohton se realizează de către 11 bănci comerciale. Portofoliul de credite a atins valoarea maximă în 2013, dar în ultimii trei ani înregistrează o scădere. Cele mai marcate cote-părţi ale portofoliului de credite le dețin «Moldova-Agroindbank», «Moldindconbank» și «Victoriabank», cărora le aparține cca 65% din total. Aproxi­ma­tiv a treia parte din portofoliul de credite este alocată în comerț, câte 10% în industria alimentară și în industria de consum. Parte covârsitoare a debitorilor sunt persoanele juridice rezidente, inclusiv persoane fizice care practică activi­tate de întreprinzător sau alt tip de activitate. Circa o jumătate din credite sunt prestate în monedă națională.

    Wine-making in the Republic of Moldova is an industrial sector with high growth potential. But in recent years the sector has undergone drastic changes. In order to harness the poten tial of the wine-making we need to invest in improving the quality of wine products, to develop new products, to enter new markets. In order to achieve these objectives in the country it is developed the restructuring program of the wine sector with financial support of the European Investment Bank.

    ZONELE ECONOMICE LIBERE - PROMOTORI DE PERSPECTIVĂ A INVESTIȚIILOR ÎN ECONOMIA REPUBLICII MOLDOVA

    The free economic zones are developing in Republic of Moldova, and these structures are advancing the investment activity and they especially are based on foreign direct investments. Now, seven free economic zones are functioning in our country and the se zones are situated in the Central part, in the Northen part and in the South part of Republic of Moldova. The free economic zones provide to investors some advantages, that are guaranteed by the state of Republic of Moldova. The results of activity of free economic zones reflect the attraction of capital, the creation of workplaces for population and also income for the salaried personal, the payment of taxes to the state budget. The free economic zones have important perspectives in Republic of Moldova and their plans are directed to vocational training of technical and engineering specialty, development of innovative environment and implementation of innovations in practice activity of industry enterprises.
