    PRINCIPIUL UMANISMULUI ÎN PROCESUL CONTRAVENȚIONAL
(Tipografia Artpoligraf, 2021) Șendrea, Cristina; Pantea, Oleg
The main purpose of this paper was the complex and multilateral research of humanism as a principle of the institution of legal liability in terms of its emergence, evolution, content, role and place in the system of principles of legal liability. The entire legal regulation is intended to protect, as a matter of priority, the person as the supreme value of society, its rights and freedoms. The principle of humanism presupposes that all regulation in the matter of contravention must express the fundamental interests of man.
