În prezenta lucrare sunt examinate esenţa şi conţinutul activităţii investiţionale în cadrul întreprinderii sub aspectul gestiunii financiare. În baza numeroaselor surse din literatura economică contemporană este sistematizată categoria investiţiilor după criterii identificate, fiind reflectată esenţa şi funcţiile investiţiilor. Activitatea investiţională a întreprinderii se caracterizează ca un sistem de gestiune constituit din obiecte, subiecţi, strategie investiţională, politică investiţională, decizii investiţionale etc. O atenţie deosebită se acordă examinării strategiei investiţionale a întreprinderii prin prisma rolului, esenţei, scopului şi obiectivelor. Sunt caracterizate diferite tipuri de strategie investiţională practicate în activitatea investiţională a întreprinderii. Este descris procesul de elaborare a strategiei investiţionale, accentul fiind pus pe factorii de actualitate, principiile de bază, etapele procesului. Se examinează politica investiţională ca parte componentă a activităţii investiţionale sub aspect macro- şi microeconomic.
DEZVOLTAREA CONCEPTULUI INVESTIŢIILE ÎNTREPRINDERILOR

The evolution of investment as an important economic category is discussed in this article. The different definitions of investment exist in a lot of sources of special literature. Some authors consider that investment is the placement of capital in some production only. Others defined the investment as a investment of money only, through investment are known in the material form too. The third group of scientists considers investment as input of capital for a long time, but in practice of enterprises often it is necessary to input financial resources in some means that will be used in the short time – such as raw materials, semi-finished products, combustible, seeds and others. Later some authors have generalized different views on the conception of investment and proposed one overcomes shortcomings. In their opinion the investments may be characterized as a capital in different forms, placed in different projects that has goal to receive income profit and others utile effects. Moreover the micro – and macroeconomic approach is known in the treatment of investments. Also the investments are defined in economic account and financial sense. The author of this article has examined a lot of investment conceptions and has proposed the own idea. The author characterized investment in the enterprises as capital input in different forms to increase the efficiency of production and to receive some other non economic results.

The conception of investment activity is discussed in this article. The investment activity is treated as a managerial system, that has own object, subjects. There are some other elements in this system such as investment strategy, investment decision, investment cycle. Each of these elements is determined separately and some of them are represented in charts.
ESENŢA ŞI ROLUL STRATEGIEI INVESTIŢIONALE ÎN DEZVOLTAREA DURABILĂ A ÎNTREPRINDERII

Gestiunea activităţii investiţionale în cadrul întreprinderii asigură dezvoltarea şi implementarea strategiei investiţionale, care se tratează la nivel micro- şi macroeconomic. Strategia investiţională la nivelul macroeconomic contribuie la soluţionarea problemelor sociale şi la perfecţionarea climatului investiţional în economia ţării. Strategia investiţională la nivel microeconomic reflectă planurile de dezvoltare a activităţii economice în alocarea capitalurilor pe o perioadă de termen lung. Strategia investiţională a companiei este privită în câteva aspecte, legate reciproc: instituţional, economic, legislativ–normativ, informaţional şi analitic. Necesitatea elaborării strategiei investiţionale a companiei este condiţionată de faptul că resursele investiţionale sunt limitate, dar posibilităţile de investire sunt numeroase şi au o atractivitate diversă. Dezvoltarea strategiei investiţionale depinde de factori interni şi externi. La baza dezvoltării strategiei investiţionale se află un sistem de principii. Procesul de dezvoltare a strategiei investiţionale parcurge un şir de etape. Strategia investiţională poate să aibă mai multe obiective, care se clasifică după diferite criterii şi depinde de ciclul de viaţă al întreprinderii. Există mai multe tipuri de strategii investiţionale şi alegerea unui anumit tip depinde de careva factori.
