ISBN 978-9975-62-693-4 (PDF).The purpose of this article is to establish the hypothesis in which the offense, provided by the art. 231 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova, can form cumulation with the appropriation of the resulting wood mass. The logical method and the systemic method were applied to achieve this purpose.
