The study does not reveal a comprehensive analysis of forms of school violence, its purpose being to review existing regulations in the field and to understand the trends of legislative policy in this area. It is concluded that in Romania the normative framework on the protection of children against school violence is more advanced, in comparison with that in the Republic of Moldova.
