The offenses provided in art. 259, 260 and 2601 PC RM were investigated, in accordance with the Convention of the Council of Europe on cybercri- me, signed on 23.11.2001, in Budapest, as well as with the criminal laws of some foreign states: Romania, Russia, Armenia, Georgia, Bulgaria, Albania, Finland, Croatia, France etc. It is concluded that the incrimination norms provided in articles 259, 260 and 2601 PC RM suffer from serious deficiencies.
