Viaţa socială presupune relaţii interpersonale. Acestea sunt determinate de anumite comportamente. Perioada contemporană, în pofida modernizării întregului sistem educaţional, se confruntă cu un amplu fenomen cu tentă negativă pentru şcoală şi educaţie în general – devianţa comportamentală în rândul elevilor. Efectele devianţei comportamentale sunt resimţite acut în instituţiile şcolare, unde limitele bunelor maniere sunt vădit forţate, motivaţia pentru învăţătură a s căzut considerabil, corpul didactic pierde controlul gestionării unor asemenea cazuri, prevestind efecte de lungă durată ale fenomenului pentru întreaga societate.Specialiştii în domeniu sugerează că comportamentul disruptiv reprezintă răspunsul indezirabil al elevului la o varietate de contexte educaţionale. Rezolvarea acestei probleme necesită mobilizarea cadrelor didactice, în special reevaluarea atitudinii acestora vis-à-vis de comportamentul problematicla elevi.The role of school is to prepare students for their social life. Social life presupposes interpersonal relations determinedby specific behavioral actions. In spite of the modernization of the whole educational system, the contemporary era faces a huge negative phenomenon characteristic of schools and the entire education – it is the deviant behavior among students. The effects of the behavioral deviance are acutely felt in schools, where good mannersare constrained, the motivationfor learning has decreased considerably and the teacher loses control of managing such cases thus,predicting long term effects of the phenomenon for the entire society. Experts in this domain suggest that disruptive behavior is an undesirable student’s response to a variety of educational contexts.
