The antioxidant complex was obtained by extracting in 96% ethylalcohol. Antioxidant assay using the radical1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazil (DPPH) revealed an increase of the antioxidant activity of oils supplemented with microalgal antioxidant complex.
