It is an analytical study that is based on an interdisciplinary approach. The methods used in this research paper are documents analysis, alongside with review of academic literature, civil society studies and media sources. Also were applied observation, systemic approach and event-analysis methods. In this way are identified external challenges as EU factor, regional security context, external influences.
