În același timp,evidențiam cele mai importante aspecte ale laturii subiective a infracțiunii de proxenetism.The purpose of this article resides in the detailed analysis of the subjective side of the crime of pimping by studying the doctrinal opinions, the criminal law in force of the Republic of Moldova but also of other states. The study is based on a comparative analysis of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Germany on the stated topic.
