Scarlat Sturza, Petru Comendant, etc.) to the process of regulating inter-state relations between different states. Through their prodigious work these diplomats from Moldova became known in various countries in Europe and Asia. In this article are analysed some aspects of the complex process of international conflicts origins in South-East Europe in correlation with the history of the Moldova medieval state foundation and its international affirmation.
