Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of diets with different protein ratios on the concentrations of immunoglobulins A, M, and G in old rats. Experiments were conducted on aged (24 months) female white laboratory rats. The experiments were conducted over a period of 30 days. It was found that in groups of animals fed a diet with protein concentration exceedingly twice the norm, the serum immunoglobulin A levels significantly decreased, while immunoglobulins M and G remained unchanged. This indicates a selective deficiency of immunoglobulin A, which may be explained by nephrotic syndrome.ruagingnutritionimmunityproteinsimmunoglobulinsИммуномодуляторный эффект рационовпитания с преимущественным содержанием протеиновArticlehttps://doi.org/10.52692/cfzl2024.15
