ISSN 1857-1999.The basic goals of rules of the international law inserted in the Charter of Organization of United Nations consist in the assurance of peace and security in all the countries from the world. At the same time, in spite of its rigidity, the rules provided by the Charter could not stop the unleashing of numerous armed conflicts. On these grounds, it is important to consolidate the existent mechanisms or to propose new instruments of states for reacting against of any attempts of infringement of international peace.Основной целью международно-правовых норм включенных в Устав Организации Объединенных Наций является обеспечение мира и безопасности всех стран мира. Однако, несмотря на свою строгость, правила предусмотренные Уставом не воспрепятствовали возникновению множества вооруженных столкновений. Именно исходя из этих убеждений, считаем необходимым выдвинуть предложения для упрочнения существующих механизмов, либо создание новых инструментов для выражения реакции государств относительно всякой попытки посягательства на международный мир.roArticle
