Appropriate methods of knowing used in the process of investigation (the argumentative and the qualitative approach being specific for legal sciences), a healthy, proactive and solid attitude towards the activity of research, open mindedness, accompanied by permanent communication and mutual aid may become allies for young researchers involved in doctoral studies.
