The Laborer Law no.22 / 2018 affects certain groups, including vulnerable ones, such as: the persons employed with an individual employment contract for seaso- nal works or for a fix-term work; persons with several or some disabilities, old persons or under 18 years, persons with family tasks, etc. The faulty regulation in the tax mechanism, the management of the records offices and the state control over the recipient activity and the laborers could bring essential damages of the state budget.romuncă nedeclaratăArticle
