Thereby we present a group counselling program aimed to increase, as much as possible, participants’ resilience to their terrible traumas and to provide them as well with several methods to accept the reality as to identify adaptive solutions. The target group was preponderant feminine: single mothers with children, with uncertain or undefined future projections.
