Pe parcursul evoluției societății umane, contractele deja puteau fi clasificate în contracte civile și contracte comerciale. Anume din punctul de vedere al cercetării istoricului evoluției contractului comercial poate fi vizualizată apariția și dezvoltarea acestor contracte speciale – comerciale. Un rol inedit în evoluția contractelor comerciale l-a jucat perioada medievală.The contracts have appeared as a necessity in a certain stage of the society’s development to replace archaic and cumbersome forms and parts of primitive communities. During the evolution of human society the contracts could be classified into civil contracts and commercial contracts. From the evolutionary history research of commercial contract the appearance and development of these commercial and special contracts can be viewed.
