People, having a risk and unguaranteed profit, become active entrepreneurs, who possess the right to legal activity to obtain profit. We mention the fact that, under equal conditions, certain risk- prone people choose entrepreneurship, others are available to work as salaried employees, but the basis of this choice is the legislative-normative framework.
